Commercial Painting Services

Offices, retail, medical, warehouses and restaurants, scheduled after hours, on weekends or in phases.

A walkthrough comes before a number, because an office and a clinic are different jobs

Commercial painting for offices, retail centers, medical facilities, and industrial properties begins with someone walking the space with you. We want to see the walls, the ceiling heights, the traffic through the lobby and the corners where carts and chairs have scuffed the paint down to primer. A number given over the phone for a building we haven't seen isn't worth much to either of us.

Each kind of building asks for something different. An office needs quiet, low-odor work and tidy handoffs between departments. A retail center in Wellington or Royal Palm Beach needs storefront trim and common walls that match from one tenant to the next. A medical suite needs finishes that wipe clean and a crew that respects the rooms patients use. Warehouses and industrial bays are about tall walls, block, and surfaces that take a beating. Restaurants add kitchens and dining rooms that run on two different clocks.

Once we've walked it, you get a written scope that lays out what's being painted, in what order, and with what prep.

After hours, weekends and phased schedules: painting around the people who use the building

The paint is the easy part of a commercial job. The hard part is doing it while the building keeps working. That's why we schedule around you: after hours for the office that can't have ladders in the hallway at ten in the morning, weekends for the shop that's busiest Monday through Friday, and phased sections for the facility that can only close one wing at a time.

We work in phases when it makes sense, one suite, one floor or one run of storefronts at a time, so the whole property never looks like a construction site. Furniture and fixtures get moved and covered, floors are protected, and each area is cleaned up and handed back before the crew starts the next. A commercial schedule is built around your building, so tell us what window you actually have.

A Jupiter dental office and a Boca Raton restaurant will never share a schedule, and the proposal shouldn't pretend they do.

Keeping the doors open: tenants informed, entrances clear, nothing left to chance

People who work in or visit a building shouldn't be surprised by a paint crew. Before the job starts we agree on how tenants, staff and property managers will be told, which entrances stay open, and where wet-paint signs need to go. If a hallway has to close, there's a plan for that, not a roll of tape and an apology.

Updates are part of the work. You'll hear from us when an area is finished, when something unexpected turns up behind a wall, and when the schedule moves. Owner-operated means the person you spoke to on the walkthrough is the person you can call, and they don't leave until it's done.

Request a commercial painting proposal that outlines scope, timeline, and coordination steps specific to your property. If you manage several buildings in Palm Beach Gardens, Delray Beach or Boynton Beach, tell us, and we'll plan the sequence across all of them.
