Cover, tape, write it down
Before a can opens you get a written scope: the sequence, the materials and the timeline. Then furniture is moved and covered, floors are papered and every ceiling line is taped.

The family works the rooms
The same family that quotes the job paints it. Patches are repaired, surfaces sanded and primed, then the finish coats go on, with updates as each room comes together.

Walkthrough with the owner
You walk the finished rooms with the owner before anyone packs up. Touch-ups happen there and then, and the site is cleaned top to bottom.

Garage floors built for hot tires and spilled oil.
Coatings peel when they sit on bare concrete. Brothers Painting grinds the slab first, repairs cracks with a flexible filler, then builds the floor in layers of epoxy with decorative flake and a sealed top coat.
